Permanent Water Line Easement
Dear Mr. Thompson:
This letter is a follow-up to our January 13, 2005 correspondence concerning the acquisition of a
20-foot permanent water line easement from Magnolia Park HOA property located north of S.H.
121. As part of the project, we are proposing to connect the existing 8-inch water line located in
the Magnolia Park Subdivision with the new 12-inch water line.
This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of the permanent water
line easement as follows:
1. Acquisition of permanent water line easement at $3.60/sq. ft. x 1,000 sq. ft. $3,600
Total $3,600
Construction is scheduled to start in the 1st quarter of 2005 and we need to acquire the necessary
easements as soon as possible. Enclosed is a copy of the easement document. If the above offer
is acceptable, please sign below and return to this office. Once the letter is received, the process
for payment of the $3,600 can start. When the check is ready, we can arrange a mutually
agreeable method to exchange the document and the check.
