Permanent Water Line Easement
Dear Mr, Griffin:
The cily of Coppell recently offered to pay $10 for a the above mentioned water easement. The
Magnolia Park Board Of DJreu'lom has discussed It and would like to counter with an offer of $4,600
which we feel would be a fair remuneration for the above wa{er easemel~l. Tile easement requested is
represented by your office to be 20 feet wide and 50 feet deep ( see exllibit B) totaling f ,000 .~lUere feet
al ~e appraised value of the HOA land of $4.61fl.
