Dear Mr. Weber:
This letter is written as a follow-up to my November 3, 1999 and previous conversations we have had
concerning damage to the signal light at Heartz Rd./Sandy Lake Rd. on October 7, 1999. The damage
was caused by consU'uction equipment working on the subgrade as part of your contract for the
reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road.
I am again providing a copy of the October 8, 1999 memo itemizing the cost associated with the damage
and a copy of my November 3, 1999 letter. Please provide a check in the amount of $5,032.18 to the
City of Coppell immediately so that this issue can be resolved.
