BEING a tract of land situated in the Weston Perry Survey, Abstract No. 1152 in the City
of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, and being part of a called 2.3400 acre tract described
as Tract 1 in a Foreclosure Sale Deed to Steve Kimbrel, et al, being executed on Apd102,
2002 as recorded in Volume 2002064, Page 6161 of the Deed Records of Dallas County,
Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the end of a 62.18 feet - curve to the dght with radius of 40.00 feet,
being at the southwest comer of said Kimbrel tract and in the east line of a tract of land
described in a deed to Don Patdck McDonald and wife, Karen E. McDonald as recorded
in Volume 94143, Page 0321 of said Deed Records;
Thence, North 00 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds West, along the common line of said
Don McDonald tract and the prolongation of said Kimbrel tract, a distance of 198.31 feet
