RE: Sandy Lake Road Project #ST 93-01
Dear Mr. Cullar:
l'his letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation on November 30, 2001
concerning the need for the appraisal of property owned by the Carrollton-Farmers Branch
Independent School District. The property is generally located north of Sandy Lake Road at its
intersection with the Elm Fork of the Trinity River. With the expansion of Sandy Lake Road, the
City will be acquiring approximately 12,508 square feet of permanem right-of-way and
approximately 3,620 square feet of slope easement.
With this letter I have included a copy of the legal documents for the right-of-way and the slope
easement and a portion of the construction plans showing the general area. Once you have had a
chance to evaluate this information please contact me so that we can discuss this issue further.
