The property is generally located north of Sandy Lake Road at its intersection with the Elm Fork of the Trinity River. With the expansion of Sandy Lake Road, the City will be acquiring approximately 12,508 square feet of permanem right-of-way and approximately 3,620 square feet of slope easement. With this letter I have included a copy of the legal documents for the right-of-way and the slope easement and a portion of the construction plans showing the general area.
