ST9301-ES010928September 28, 2001 T H E ¢ I T Y O F COl P-gt f, Terry Holmes Holmes Builders, Inc. 1406 Halsey Way, Suite 100 Carrollton, TX 75007 Sandy Lake Road Project (MacArthur Blvd. to east city limits) #ST 93-01 Parcels 9 & 10 Dear Holmes: For some time now the City of Coppell has been working with Dallas County and the engineering firm of Sverdmp, Inc. to design Sandy Lake Road from MacArthur Blvd. to the east city limits. The project is now in the final stage of design and the City is in the process of acquiring right-of-way to facilitate the construction. There are fifteen parcels of right-of-way to be acquired and fifteen slope easements. The slope easements are necessary to grade the adjacent property to the correct slope once the street has been elevated. The street needs to be elevated because of its proximity to the floodplain of the Elm Fork of the Trinity River. The referenced parcels require both the acquisition of right-of-way and slope easement. It is my understanding that you are the current owner of Parcels 9 and 10. Our documents show Kathrin Ingle as the owner of Parcel 9 and K&V Investments as the owner of Parcel 10. We are in the process of having the documents revised to reflect your company as the present owner of both parcels. With this letter I am providing a copy of the easement documents. After reviewing the easement documents, if you should have any questions or if you wish to view the preliminary construction plans please contact me.
