Dear Ms. Phillips:
This letter is written as a follow-up to the June 1, 2001 letter concerning the acquisition of right-of-
way from your property located along Sandy Lake Road. The project is now in the final stage of
design and the City is in the process of acquiring fight-of-way to facilitate the construction. There
are fifteen parcels of right-of-way to be acquired and fifteen slope easements. The slope easements
are necessary to grade the adjacent property to the correct slope once the street has been elevated.
Your property requires both the acquisition of right-of-way and slope easement.
With this letter I am again providing copies of the easement documents to you. After reviewing the
easement documents, if you have any questions or if you wish to view the construction plans please
contact me at 972/304-3686. It is anticipated that construction will begin early 2002.
For your convenience, my secretary is a notary public and will be available to notarize your
