Dear Mr. Witte:
This letter is written as a follow-up to my April 25, 2002 letter and our May 24, 2002 telephone call
concerning the acquisition of right-of-way and a drainage easement from the City of Carrollton for
the construction and improvements related to the Sandy Lake Road project from MacArthur Blvd.
to the City of Coppell east city limits line.
During our previous conversation you had pointed out some errors in the boilerplate attachment to
the permanent right-of-way acquisition. Changes have been made to that document to accurately
reflect the taking. We have sold monies for the construction of this project with the intent of going
out for bids in October of this year. The right-of-way from the City of Carrollton is one of four
remaining right-of-way parcels to be obtained by the City of Coppell. Therefore, any assistance you
can provide in expediting the dedication of the right-of-way and drainage easement to the City of
Coppell for the construction of Sandy Lake Road will be greatly appreciated.
