Dear Mr. Witte:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our March 13, 2003 telephone conversation concerning the
acquisition of right-of-way and a drainage easement from the City of Carrollton for the construction
and improvements related to the Sandy Lake Road project from MacArthur Blvd. to the City of
Coppell east city limits line. During the course of our conversation, it was my understanding that
the City of Carrollton would be willing to provide the right-of-way and drainage easements with the
understanding that at some future date the City of Carrollton would be allowed to two access points
from Sandy Lake Road to their property. ! have added that language in both the permanent right-of-
way and the drainage easement boilerplates.
I appreciate your help in expediting the acquisition of the right-of-way and the drainage easement
from the City of Carrollton and look forward to receiving the executed document in the very near
future.
