development of yo~ prope~, oppo~ties to extend wmer [}~es to yo~ prope~ ~d oppo~ities to
extend s~it~ sewer lines to yo~ prope~. At our last meeting ~ offer w~ made for the acquisition of
· e fi~t-of-way. The offer is ~ follows:
1. Acquisition of P~cel 24 at $2.00/sq. fl. x 43,702 sq. g. $87,404.00
2. Acquisition of P~cel 24SE tempor~ slope e%ement
m $0.40/sq. fl. x 50,875 sq. fl. $20,350.00
3. Extension of~o 8" water lines constmcWd from the existing 12"
waterline on the south side of S~dy L~e Road to ~e new
no~h right-of-way of S~dy L~e Road by the CiW of Coppell.

While there was discussion concernjn~ the extension of sanitary sewer lines, based on several unknowns
associated with the sewer line. I made no commitments. However, I did offer the following: If the sewer
line is designed prior to the tim~/that the project is bid for construction, then the City will include your
engineer's design with our cor~truction. Once bids are opened, but prior to the award of the bid to the
contractor by the City, the Qil4j will require you to pay to the City the bid amount for the sfinitary sewer

your property, then that pgttzon of the project would be deleted and the Oty would then award the balance
of Sandy Lake Road to t/ge low bidder.
