BEING 0.039 acres of land located in the S. HENDERSON SURVEY, Abstract
No. 629, Dallas County, Texas, and crossing the tract of land conveyed to
Mary Beth Sokora Sheilds, by the deed recorded in Volume 85166, Page 1967
of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas. Said 0.039 acres being more
particularly described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point lying N 00° 47' 07" W 39.04 feet; THENCE
S 57° 58' 46" E 23.70 feet from the intersection of the existing
North right-of-way line of Sandy Lake Road with the East right-of-
way line of Heartz Road;
