We had previously sent in claims dated October 15, 1999, November 15, 1999 and January
13, 2000 in the respective amounts of $18,206.63, $29,316.88 and $5,975.00 on behalf of Inlet
Specialities, Inc. This is to advise you that our client, Inlet Specialities, Inc., has received payment
for those claimed amounts from Ed Bell Construction Company, Inc. This does not and will not
affect our client's recent claim for $1,327.75 submitted under cover of our letter dated February 15,
2000, for work performed during the month of December, 1999.
