No. 1430, Dallas County, Texas, and being a portion of the tract of land
conveyed to Parks of Coppell Trust, by the deed recorded in Volume 89168,
Page 3999 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas. Said 0.287 acres
being more particularly described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the most Southerly Southwest corner of said Parks
of Coppell Trust Tract, lying at the Southeast end of the
cornerclip for the intersection of the North right-of-way line of
Sandy Lake Road with the East right-of-way line of Denton Tap Road;
THENCE N 46° 58' 53" W 46.51 feet along said cornerclip and East
right-of-way line of Denton Tap Road to a 1/2" iron rod set;
