Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond. The following items need to be resolved prior to 2/20/05: 1. Street failure at 120 Trinity Court. 2. Water ponding at 127 Trinity Court. 3. Water ponding at 121 Trinity Court. Thank you for your cooperation during this construction.
