Notification of Repairs / Maintenance Bond
Trinity Shores Subdivision
Dear Mr. Marchant:
Representatives of the City of Coppell recently conducted the two-year inspection of paving,
drainage, water and sanitary sewer facilities in the referenced project. Listed below are items that
must be addressed prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following items need to be resolved prior to 2/20/05:
1. Street failure at 120 Trinity Court.
2. Water ponding at 127 Trinity Court.
3. Water ponding at 121 Trinity Court.
Thank you for your cooperation during this construction. Please notify this office prior to
beginning this repair work so that we may have a representative present. You may contact me at
