ST9905-ES050121January 21, 2005 Robert Kulick JMC Restaurant Distribution, Inc 1080 W Bethel Rd Coppell TX 75019 COl'FELL RE: Bethel Road Reconstruction Project, ST 99-05 Dear Mr. Kulick: As you are probably aware, the City is working on finalizing the design for reconstruction of Bethel Road from the western city limit to Denton Tap Road. Through our right-of-way negotiations for the property west of your distribution center, we have agreed to extend a sanitary sewer line to the property line of that parcel. In looking at the most efficient manner to install that line, we are proposing to construct the sewer line adjacent to your north property line in a proposed 20-foot utility easement. That line would connect to the line serving your property running north which intersects with Royal Lane within a publicly dedicated utility easement. I have enclosed a sketch showing what the City is proposing and indicating the limits of the utility easement we would like to acquire across your property adjacent to the north property line. Please consider the proposal and contact me at your convenience. I would be happy to discuss the proposal with you and, if you are amenable to the proposal, will proceed with the design of the sewer line and preparation of the easement documents for your consideration.
