Although we are not contractually obligated for this project to provide electronic files for use by the contractor's
surveyor, we have in the past provided such information for a nominal cost to cover our expenses in preparing
the media. In addition we will need specific disclaimers and releases for use of the information. This is
especially important on this project due to the age of the survey information leading to an increased risk that the
electronic files will not digitally match the plan information,
I need to know exactly what the surveyor wants, Is it the control or is it all of the digital records - I need
clarification on the term overall layout,
Let me know how you want to proceed.
