I have typed the comments on the construction phasing and given them to the inspector to review. I also asked
him to let me know when he can meet with you.

Suzan,
I have a couple questions for you about the Bethel/Coppell project. Let me know how you want us to proceed
with these issues.
1. Has Ken given you any comments on how we are to handle the parking at the Robertson property on
Coppell Road?
2. At the Bethel/Coppell traffic signal, does the City want to install luminaires on the signal poles? The
existing signal does not have these. The photometric study we did to space the street lights showed
some gape at the intersect]on. Since there will be additional pedestrian traffic at this intersection with the
new hike & bike trail, we think it would be worthwhile to add lights at this intersection.
3. Do you have comments on the construction phasing? When we spoke last week we had talked about
setting up a meeting between us and the inspectors to discuss the phasing plan.
