Pursuant to your request regarding the use of 30' HDPE by open cut in lieu of 30" HDPE
by directional drilling between Sra. 4+39+/- and Sta. 6+93+/- across the nursery property
we otter the following information for your review. The additional cost is a result of the
additional flange adapters, D-rings, bolts, nuts and flex base required to restore the
nursery property.

Dear Mr. Griffin:
Pursuant to your request regarding the use of 30" HDPE by open cut in lieu of 30" HDPE
by directional drilling between Sta. 4+39+/- and Sta. 6+93+/- across the nursery property
we offcr the tbllowing information for your review. We propose to furnish and install 30"
HDPE by open cut in lieu of 30" HDPE by directional drilling for the following unit
price. The increase in the cost of the open cut HDPE is a result of additional flanges, D-
rings, bolts, nuts, washers, fusion welds, flex base restoration and concrete channel
repair.

review regarding the use of 30" epoxy lined ductile iron pipe by open cut in lieu of 30"
HDPE by direction drilling across the nursery property between Sta. 4+39 +/- and Sta.
6+93 +/-. We propose to furnish and install 30" epoxy lined ductile iron pipe by open in
lieu of 30" HDPE by directional drilling for the following unit price:
