Dear Mr. Griffin:
This letter when signed and acknowledged below will serve as an amendment to our contract
dated October 8, 2003.
The City of Coppell desires Jacobs to provide electronic files for use by the construction
contractor. The file will consist of the project survey control with proposed paving, utilities and
drainage facilities. The Contractor will sign and return the necessary waiver upon receipt of
the files. We anticipate the following additional fee:
Preparation of electronic files for surveyor $250.00
The total fee for the project will increase from $94,082.00 to 94,332.00.
