The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the amended plans for the above referenced
location. These plans meet with our current mininmm standm-ds.
The permit application, however, still does not include contractor information. The City will
require the contractor name, contact person, and 24-hr. emergency contact number prior to
issuance of the pemut.
Again, prior to bcgimfing work please contact the City' inspector and the Utilities division; a pre-
construction conference shall be scheduled at our office. If you have auy questions, please
contact me.
