As representative for Coppell Trade Center, please let this letter acknowledge the fact
that we are entering into clearing and grading of the approximate 40 acre site located on
Sandy Lake Road. We acknowledge that at this point the City of Coppell has not
finished its final review of the civil engineering plan and is accordingly not responsible
for grading changes resulting frown such review.
