lhe City of Coppell has requested that survey reading

performed on the installed pavement to document the va in grades
from the designed drawings.
The survey readings show that most grades are within 0.1 feet of
the design drawings Small vanances were noted near the south end at
DeForest Road where paving was adjusted to match the existing road
conditions The slope in this area is around 4 percant, so there is
adequate grade for drainage
Small variations were also noted near some inlets which were
documented on the enclosed exhibits. The pawng around the inlets on
the west side of the property still needs completing and also pattern
paving at landscape decorations
Please request the City staff to review the paving with you after
some rain so the positive drainage of the paving can be noted and
documented for the particular date
