On the above referenced project, I was informed by your office
that there were some final inspections and reviews that needed to
be performed before the escrow could be refunded. This is just a
fellow-up memo to see if the project has passed final inspection
so that the escrow can be refunded.
Please return this memo when the project meets your approval.
