I have reviewed other streets in the area, including the existing Southwestern Blvd., and it's my opinion
that the street should be 45' bc-bc, not the 41' as shown. Also, on our main streets, especially in the
industrial areas, we use 8" thick subgrade and a lime rate of 40# plus.
With the above changes, the section should be ok.
