The Mastec crew is working behind my house now. I was wondering if they would be taking out the

Thank you for considering my rquest to remove the cottonwood tree behind my house on the City's
fence. I don't mean to continue to add to the list BUT I have just realized that one of the "vines" coming up
the fence is looking like another cottonwood tree. It is directly behind our house, just a few feet down from
the larger one. If one goes, would you please just get them both! Thanks!!

We are currently evaluating your request to remove the cottonwood tree during construction of the force
main. The force main will be away from the tree, however, I have asked the inspector to review the
situation in the field to determine if we can remove the tree. I grew up with a cottonwood tree in the front
yard and I'm fully aware of what a nuisance they are when they are in bloom.
When I have a final determination, I will let you know.
