COMMENTSTATUS: v/PRELIMINARY FIAS~.L REVISED
1. Rcvicw of Final Engineering will take place after Council approval of Final Plat.
2. Coordinate with the City of Lewisville for connection to their street and drainage system.
3. Provide a second access point for emergency services for Phase I of this development. This
could be done by completing Snowshill Trail or providing a temporary access point on
Cotswold Lane.
