Time Warner Telecom - Cotton Road - Royal Lane - Sandy Lake Road Permit
Keith,
I have attached revised drawings for the short section along Cotton Road
(East of Royal Lane) with a revised running line on the South side of
the existing broken pavement to allow for future expansion of the
property East of Royal Lane between Cotton Road and 635 If this change
is satisfactory, please substitute the three attached drawings for the
ones in the drawing package that was submitted back in December.
Also, back in December I submitted drawings for the section along Royal
Lane between Bethel Road and Cotton Road to the DFW Airport for their
review and comment. I received a verbal response from Mike Pyles
(Manager of Airport Real Estate) that as long as we remained within the
ROW leased by the City of Coppell, we did not have to permit through
their office. I received no written confirmation of this conversation,
but I did speak with Mike Pyles again this morning, who reaffirmed that
we were not required to permit through his office as long as we were
permitting through the City and he had no objection to the project as
long as we did not propose to place facilities on airport property that
was not leased by the City. His contact information follows if you

In our engineering on the North end of the project, we did take into
account the future road expansion project and do not anticipate any
conflicts along Royal Lane and Sandy Lake Road as a result of the
upcoming widening project.
I know that Mark Massie will be forwarding copies of the DART and the
TexDOT permits later today. Please let me know if there is anything
else you require so that Time Warner Telecom can be authorized to
proceed to construction on this project.
