We are in receipt of your l~ax regarding a proposed retaining wall to be constructed in the
vicinity of Hidden Valley Estates. At this time we don't have a problem with the detail of
the wall itself, but we must be certain that it is built in the proper location. Please submit
more detail in regard to the proposed location of the wall in relation to adjacent properties
in that vicinity. You must provide a letter of permission from adjacent property owner(s)
for any work proposed to take place on private property.
