Subject: sign question on Bethel School
I just talked to Ron Lustig from the Riverchase Townhomes project, and yes those are his signs that are
on E Bethel School in front of that guy's house Apparently they are supposed to be there according to
the traffic control plan for that project. He has a sign company coming next week to renovate some of
them that look kind of bad (he said your street crews keep stealing the sandbags from his signs!) and he
anticipates the signs will stay there until fadher along in the progress of that subdivision. Don't know what
else to tell you except that now we know who they belong to.
