As you are aware, the City of Coppell is well underway with th~
construction of Sandy Lake Road. Everyone is looking forward to the
...... completion of the street construction and the restoration of the rig~
of way landscaping. The purpose of this letter is to begin discussion
with you, as the representative of your Homeowner's Association, the
city's plans for the right of way landscape. Additionally, we would ~
like to establish future grounds n%aintenance responsibilities and
coordination of maintenance. As much as possible, we are interested in
eliminating redundancy in the irrigation systems, replanting of turf
and grounds maintenance. We believe a coordinated approach, between
the city and each Homeowner's Association, will bring about the best
possible appearance for both the city and your Homeowner's
Association's grounds.
We would like to meet with you and all of the other Homeowner's
Association representatives on January 13, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Town Center 2nd floor conference room. At this time, we can discuss the
time lines for completion of the street construction, irrigation system
installations, and landscaping proposals. Please let us know if you
