As provided in the project specifications for the City of Coppell, Repaint of the 1.5 Million Gallon Elevated
Storage Tank, a pre-constmction conference has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., February 25, 2000. The
conference will be held in the City of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, 1st floor conference
room.
We are enclosing a preliminary copy of the Pre-construction conference agenda for your use in preparing for
the meeting. Please be prepared to introduce your project superintendent and have him in attendance at this
meeting. The City of Coppell anticipates delivering executed contracts and issuing a notice to proceed at this
meeting.
