Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is written concerning the need for the City of Coppell to acquire a right-of-way corner
clip at North Lake and Belt Line for the construction of ADA ramps. With this letter I am
providing: 1) Right-ot:way deed parcel #1 ROW; 2) Copies of the preliminary construction
plans from approximately Sra. 2+50 to approximately Sta. 10+00 dated June 1998 with the
required right-of-way highlighted in yellow; 3) Cross-section information tbr Belt Line Road
fi'om cross-section 2+43 through 10+00. On the cross-sections, I have highlighted the existing
church driveway and North Lake.
Dallas County has indicated that they will be in a position to put this project out to bid in the first
quarter of 2000. Therefore, any assistance that can be provided in obtaining the right-of-way to
construct the ADA ramp at the northwest corner of Belt Line Road and North Lake would
greatly appreciated.
