This letter is written concerning the need for the City of Coppell to acquire a right-of-way corner
clip at North Lake and Belt Line for the construction of ADA ramps and an easement for sloping.
With this letter I am providing: 1) Right-of-way deed parcel//3 ROW; 2) Slope Easement 3-SE;
3) Copies of the preliminary construction plans from approximately Sta. 5 +00 to approximately
Sta. 15+00 dated June 1998 with the required right-of-way and easement highlighted in yellow;
3) Cross-section information for Belt Line Road from cross-section 7+71 through 12+50. On
the cross-sections, I have highlighted existing North Lake Drive.
Dallas County has indicated that they will be in a position to put this project out to bid in the first
quarter of 2000. Therefore, any assistance that can be provided in obtaining the right-of-way to
construct the ADA ramp at the northwest corner of Belt Line Road and North Lake and the
easement for sloping would be greatly appreciated.
