This letter is written concerning the need for the City of Coppell to acquire the right to perform
sloping upon your property. With this letter I am providing: 1) Slope easement document # 4
SE.; 2) Copies of the preliminary construction plans from approximately Sta. 10 +00 to
approximately Sta. 20 +00 dated June 1998 with the required slope easement highlighted in
yellow; 3) Cross - section information for Belt Line Road from cross - section 10 +50 through
17 +50. On the cross - sections, I have highlighted the existing driveways onto Belt Line Road.
Dallas County has indicated that they will be in a position to put this project out to bid in the first
quarter of 2000. Therefore, any assistance that can be provided in obtaining the slope easements
would be greatly appreciated.
