Dear Mr. & Mrs. Ingle:
This letter is written as a follow -up to our telephone conversation on December 15, 1999
concerning the request from the City of Coppell for a slope easement across your property. As
stated during our conversation, the slope easement is needed because the road is being lowered
approximately 2 feet in this area. Because we are lowering the roadway we need to reshape the
adjacent land to provide for a gentle slope that is both mowable and maintainable.
With this letter I am providing a revised Slope Easement. The original slope easement was very
generic in terms that the Grantee (City of Coppell) would return the surface area to its original
condition. Please note the revised Slope Easement is more specific that the City of Coppell will
reseed the disturbed area and adjust all sprinkler heads to the revised grade.
