RE: Maintenance Bond for St Andrews Estates
Dear Mr. Thorpe:
As of information received on February l 7, 2005 all issues with utility installations are resolx, ed
to the satisfaction of City of Coppell representatives. One item remaining to resolve is the
maintenance bond presented to cover thc water, sewer and storm drain facilities.
Please replace the bond with one that clearly states thc two-year term begins on the date of final
acceptance from the City. Or, you may have your surety send a signed and sealed letter to attach
to the original bond acknowledging tbey are aware of our requirement that the bond term begins
on date of acceptance by City. The language in the original bond states that the term begins on
February 2, 2005.
