1. The fireline and all internal fire hydrants are to be private.
2. Show the water and irrigation meters on the water and sewer sheet in the civil drawings.
3. The drainage and grading plans appear to be fine, but it is difficult to tell from the hand
drawings.
4. Two fire hydrants appear to be located in the truck court. Indicate how these will be
protected.

1. The site plan shows a 15' pavement and utility encroachment on the west side of the
property. All encroachments and mutual accesses will need to be platted as easements.
2. All internal fire hydrants and fire lines are to remain private.
3. All water meters and fire vaults should be platted within easements.
4. Include on the plat the following note: "Sidewalks will be constructed by the property owner
when deemed necessary by the City Engineer."
