It is my understanding that Arnold has been paid, at least in part, for work performed on
the Project. However, there remains an unpaid balance of approximately $20,000.00 owed
Arnold by S.J. Louis. Pending further investigations and attempts to reach an agreement on
same, I have confirmed with S.J. Louis that final payment will not be made to Arnold.
Regarding the list of four items you request at the end of the letter, I have asked S.J.
Louis to see what information is available and provide it to me. I will then respond on behalf of
S.J. Louis.
