Dear Mr. Kumar:
On behalf of our client, Wakeland Properties, I would like to offer to pay a fee in order to
facilitate the review of the construction plans for the Villas at Lake Vista. Since the City does
not have fees for construction plan review, we will offer to pay the fees associated with a
final plat submitta/ in o)der for you to review our plans in a timely manner. The City of
Lewisville's fee schedule for final plats is a flat fee of $200 plus $5 per lot. Our development
has 93 residential lots which would equate to $665.
Our original submittal was on 12/16/04 and has produced one revision from Steve
Homeyer on 1//5,/05. We resubmitted on 1/28/05 and are waiting for additional
comrnentary f)om your department. If you choose to have us provide this fee, we ask that
you review our plans in a timely manner as it has been over 3 weeks since our last submittal.
Please advise us as soon as possible as to how we should proceed with this process in order
to obtain timel,/ comments from the City of Lewisville.
