BEING a 0.0072 acre tract of land in the City of Coppell, Texas, said tract being part of the
McKinney and Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1054, Dallas County, Texas, described by instrument
to Beltline Distribution Center Investors recorded in Volume 93096, Page 1459, Deed Records
Dallas County, Texas (D.R.D.C.T.), and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a set 1/2 inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped "HALFF ASSOC. INC.",
hereinafter referred to as "with cap" for comer at the intersection of the existing north right-of-way
line of Beltline Road (120 feet wide) with the existing east right-of-way line of Northlake Drive (60
feet wide) said point being the southwest comer of the tract described by plat to North Lake
Business Center Phase I Block 2 in Volume 81085, Page 0970, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE North 00 degrees 09 minutes 47 seconds West, along the said existing east right-of-way
line of Northlake Drive, a distance of 25.00 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod with cap for comer;
THENCE South 45 degrees 13 minutes 48 seconds East, departing said existing east right-of-way
line, a distance of 35.31 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod with cap for comer returning to the previously
mentioned north right-of-way line of Beltline Road;
THENCE South 89 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds West along said existing north right-of-way
line, a distance of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 313 square feet or
0.0072 acres of land more or less.
Basis of beating is Texas state plane north central zone 4202 (1983 adjustment) based on GPS
measurements from triangulation station GPS4 convergence angle at GPS4 is (+) 00048'34.9''
as computed by Corpscon version 4.11.

BEING a 0.0125 acre tract of land in the City of Coppell, Texas, said tract being part of the
McKinney and Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1054, Dallas County, Texas, described by instrument
to Beltline Distribution Center Investors, as recorded in Volume 93096, Page 1459, Deed Records
Dallas County, Texas (D.R.D.C.T.), and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a set 1/2 inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped" HALFF ASSOC.
INC.", hereinafter referred to as "with cap", for comer at the intersection of the existing north right-
of-way line of Beltline Road (120 feet wide) with the existing east right-of-way line of Northlake
Drive (60 feet wide) and the southwest comer of the tract as recorded by plat to North Lake
Business Center in Volume 81085, Page 0970, D.R.D.C.T.;
THENCE North 89 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds East, along said existing north right-of-way line,
a distance of 240.28 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod with cap for comer at the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE North 00 degrees 17 minutes 46 seconds West, departing said existing north right-of-way
line, a distance of 5.01 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod with cap for comer;
THENCE North 89 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds East, parallel to said existing north right-of-
way line, a distance of 100.01 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron rod with cap for comer;
