approximately 73,128-square-feet of the existing building for Universal
Academy (grades K-12th), and the occupancy of the remaining 41,475-
square feet for college and/or retail uses, on 10.7 acres of property located at
the southeast comer of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Blvd., at the
request of Karl Crawley, Masterplan.

COMMENT STATUS: 't'PRELIMINARY I ~ I ~
1. The City will need to review the traffic plan. Proposed median openings for East Sandy Lake
Rd. do not appear to accommodate the proposed flow of traffic.
2. Sidewalk adjacent to Sandy Lake Rd. and MacArthur Blvd. should be 5' in width.
3. Need more detailed information on where the fence is to be located.
