Sub-grade stabilization requirements shall meet City of Coppell Standards. Sheet C2: 1. Does the agreement with the property owner to the north allow concentration of flow as proposed from the flume? Provide engineering information on the flume (velocities, slope, capacity, etc.). Verify the flume as designed will handle 13.8 cfs. Sheet C3: 1. Show location of FDC and minimum 4" diameter piping.
