We received a faxed copy dated February 22, 2005 from Pete Hennessey (see attached).
It is the responsibility of the developer or his engineer to prepare and submit a LOMR
application for City review and signatures, and subsequent submittal to FEMA for
approval. Now that the subject lots have been brought to the appropriate grades, that
information can be submitted.
