RE: Availability of City Utilities
Coppell Industrial Addition, Block A, Lot 2 (Tradepoint)
Dear Robin:
This letter is in response to an email the Engineering Department received from you concerning the
availability of utilities to the refereuced property. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as
follows:
WATER:
There is currently a 16" water line in the north right-of-way of BetheI Road and a 12" water line in the
south right-of-way of Creekview Drive. The Design Engineer will need to evaluate the lines in regard
to available volume and pressure for your development. Additional fire hydrant protection for this
development will have to be in accordance with the City of Coppell Rules and Regulations and as
determined by the Fire Marshal.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is currently a 15" sewer line that is located in Bethel Road.
STORM DRAINAGE:
A previously constructed detention basin exists to accommodate drainage oi] the site. However,
internal storm sewer will be required to drain developed conditions to the detention basin.
