The City of Coppell intends to construct approximately 8,700 linear feet of 12-inch water line by
open cut and boring in the State Highway 121 right-of-way. The pipeline starts at North Coppell
Road and extends in a northeasterly direction to Denton Tap Road. The construction is in close
proximity to your existing facilities. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for this project at
the Coppell City Hall in the 2"d Floor Conference Room (255 Parkway Boulevard) at 2:00 p.m.
on Thursday, March 10, 2005. You or a representative from your company is strongly
encouraged to attend. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss any necessary
precautions that need to be taken to protect your existing facilities during construction.
