Bob, enclosed is the subject fee calculation sheet and required backup
documentation for the calculations. Please prepare a check payable to
the City of Coppell in the amount of $8,674.00 and forward to Brian
Buck, Workman, who will submit the application and fee payment.
Brian, Engineering will accept the application and get all ready to go
pending payment of fees, submission of Plat to the City and scheduling
the pre-construction meeting..When you receive the check from Cr~me,
please submit the application with check and schedule the meeting.
Advise me of meeting time and date in case I can attend. I will track
down the Plat (that may already have been submitted).
