Qty of Coppell m order to move forward w~th the above referenced proper~y. As ~t stands
w~th the Engmeenn0 Department, the status of th~s project ~s as follows:
The C~ty of Coppell Eng~neenn9 Department was notified that the Engineer of Record is no
longer employed by the firm who submitted the plans we rewewed for the Ballet Academy. No
responsible party has contacted us nor pcked up the rewewed, marked-up set of plans since
2/4/05.
The Early Gradln0 Permit requires, m addmtlon to other thlncjs, full ~radln~ plans submitted by
the Engineer. Please contact me to re-estabh~h the status oF the proJect and its responsible
party and so that we can move forward to early gradm~j.
