Please accept this additional information for your review. I do want to point out that in our street capacity
calculations for Lake Vista, our 100 year flow exceeds the single lane (12') required to leave "dry" (one side of
48' street) by 0.4' which is less than a tenth of an inch in depth. If required, we will install an inlet to pick up this
water, but hope the City of Lewisville accepts our design to leave 11.6' open for a dry lane. Please feel free to
