A pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for
Wednesday, March 9th, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lobby conference room in Town
Center at 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present. If you
have any questions coneeming this project prior to the scheduled meeting, feel free to

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner / owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner / owner representative's responsibility to notify the fo/lowing
parties:
· Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
· Geotechnical firm
· Project Engineer
· Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
· SWPPP representative
