Updated .pdf file is attached. Suzan went ahead and included landowners
all the way to Coppell Road. I still have one figure that shows plan
and profile of the creek channel in the bend to the end of project that
I will need to get to you tomorrow after I get to the F.W. office. Need
the larger scanner to reproduce.

Jessica,
Am attaching .pdf files that reference the jurisdictional area of the
project site. Am having a technician modify Figure 1 and Figure 2 of
the submittal so that the red box reflects just the jurisdictional area
of the project site as well. Will forward these to you shortly.
Left a voice mail for you earlier re: my discussion with Suzan Taylor
at the City. Bethel II is too far out to predict when it may occur so
the City wants to proceed with the project as submitted. We will submit
for Bethel II if and when it comes about.
The adjacent landowners for the current project will be limited to #7,
8, 9, 10, and 11 from the original submittal. Suzan is checking on the
current name and address of property owner #10 since she thinks it has
changed since the original submittal in April 1004. Will email that te
you as soon as she can confirm.
